How do I purchase one of your pieces?

Every 1-2 months, I generally have one sale date that is either online or at a local Calgary (AB, Canada) market.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available to most locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. If shipping to your country is not available, please reach out and I may be able to accommodate you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delivery schedules. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What if my pottery arrives damaged?

Every order is packed carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to find a solution, and typically can either provide a refund or replacement.

Can I pick up locally?

local pickup is available to anyone within Alberta, and you should see the option during checkout. If you are outside of Alberta but would still like to arrange a pickup, please reach out and i should be able to accommodate you.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I occasionally accept custom orders depending on my schedule and the type of project. Typically, I will post a custom/preorder option in the shop when i am actively taking orders, but Feel free to reach out anytime with details and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can accommodate.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available and make a great option if you're shopping for someone else. Gift cards can be purchased online and delivered electronically.

Can I send pottery as a gift?

Yes. If you're sending a gift, you can ship directly to the recipient at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift note, leave a message with your order or reach out via email and I’ll do my best to include it.

How often do you release new collections?

New work is added throughout the year, with larger shop updates and releases announced through Instagram and my newsletter. Follow along to stay updated on upcoming launches.

Where can I find your work in stores?

You can find my work at select retail locations. Visit my Stockists page for an updated list of shops carrying my pottery.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of my pottery is made from durable stoneware and is dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. Handwashing is always the gentlest option and can help preserve your pieces for years to come.
